Recruitment Day – 17th March 2017 – 12-4pm

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Recruitment Day – 17th March 2017 – 12-4pm[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column offset=”vc_col-lg-offset-2 vc_col-lg-8″][vc_column_text]When I was first introduced to the opportunity with Forever, I had absolutely no idea what an amazing opportunity it was to be.  Initially I dismissed it (several times to be honest!), but one day I thought to myself: I love the products, I love the people in the business, I love the business model, so what am I deliberating about?  Why don’t I just give it a go?  And I’ve never looked back.  I’ve had the most amazing 18 months so far, I’ve learned a lot, I’ve experienced a lot, and I’ve achieved a lot.  My life has changed no-end.

I’m committed to my Forever business and I’m committed to helping others within the business too.  I’m looking to introduce new people, to get them started in their business and then to coach, mentor and support them as their business grows.

Perhaps you are looking for a new opportunity?  Perhaps you are not!

If earning an extra few hundred pounds a month (or more!) appeals to you, if you’d like to work from home, if you’d like a second income in addition to the job you currently have, or if there’s another reason; whatever your personal circumstances, let me show you the opportunity Forever has to offer.

Contact me for a no obligation chat.  If you’re interested in giving it a go then I will help you.  If not, then that’s absolutely fine.

I’m also hosting a recruitment day on Friday 17th March 2017, 12-4pm, in Somersham, which you are welcome to attend.  There will be lots of information available and you’ll have the opportunity to ask lots of questions too.  Just let me know when you’ll be popping in![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Does being credible increase your profitability?

Does being credible increase your profitability?

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column offset=”vc_col-lg-offset-2 vc_col-lg-8″][vc_single_image source=”featured_image” alignment=”center” style=”vc_box_shadow_border_circle” css=”.vc_custom_1473691382325{margin-top: -20px !important;padding-bottom: -20px !important;}”][vc_column_text]Credibility + Visibility = Profitability

I’ve heard this quoted on numerous occasions! And over the years I can see exactly why this would be.

Let’s start with the definition of credibility:  The quality of being trusted and believed in.

So in order to be perceived as being credible, then you clearly must ensure you are trusted and believed by your peers, business associates and customers.  And how do we do that?

There are four key aspects that I try to work on all of the time to increase my credibility:

  1. Demonstrate my expertise

This isn’t just about qualifications, but experience too.  I’m constantly learning about the Forever products and business – from online training sessions, videos by the company and meeting with peers in the business.  There is so much available to access; the learning never ceases and my knowledge is always expanding.

  1. Be honest and sincere

I am a firm believer in the saying “Honesty is the best policy”. Nobody thinks less of you for now knowing something.  But you will discredit yourself if you try to be the font of all knowledge, tell an untruth, and then get found out.

As a qualified Chartered Accountant I’m used to being asked technical questions, but I’m the first to say that I can’t possibly know all the answers off the top of my head whenever I’m asked.  And having taught finance to students for many years I know that the best answer I can give if I don’t know the answer is “I’m not certain, but I’ll find out”.  That gains a lot more respect than trying to guess, or giving out of date information.

  1. Keeping promises

It stands to reason that if I break a promise I’ve made to someone then I’m going to lose credibility, particularly if it happens more than once.  I can’t expect my customers or team members to trust me again if I let them down.

  1. Respond promptly

This is a priority for me, as I want people to know that I care and that I do want their custom, and I do want to help them.  It might not be an instant reply, if I’m out and about and can’t access the message, but it will definitely be within a reasonable time.  How could I expect anyone to refer me if I’m difficult to get hold of, or never reply?

By doing the basics then I hope I’m building a solid basis for credibility for myself.  Beyond that, I can only rely on someone’s objective opinion of me; they will either like me or they won’t, and that is just personality – so I always try to be as nice as I can be![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Although I’ve been using some of the Forever products for several years I only started my own business, as a Forever Business Owner, six weeks ago.  And to be honest, it’s been a whirlwind so far!

I’ve already got lots of customers, and have been asked by three different people if I will be their sponsor – amazing!  I’m a little like a rabbit in headlights at the moment, there is a lot to take on board and a lot to learn, but it’s also very exciting.

Luckily I’m very familiar with the “running the business” side of things, and because I’ve been using the products for a long time I am already passionate about them, but I still have a lot to learn about Forever Living, and still more to learn about the products.

In just a few weeks I’ve processed lots of orders, I’ve got my websites live, I’ve created my Facebook page and twitter account, I’ve watched lots of tutorials and participated in some webinars, I’ve been to a couple of networking meetings, I’ve met some other Forever business owners and I’ve been to my first Forever Business Presentation (BP) …. wow!

Who knows where I’m going, but I’m ready for the challenge![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
